about the position
We are looking for a Head of HR (f/m/x) to lead the people team in our Berlin HQ. Together with your team you will responsible for developing our people as well as attracting and recruiting new talents for iconmobile. You partner with executives and team leaders to create outstanding working experiences for our people and prepare the company for further growth. You’ll play a crucial role in safeguarding and exemplifying iconmobile’s distinct culture and thus positing iconmobile as great place to work.   
your role
  • Leading and enabling a team that will scale alongside with the organisation
  • Responsible for all people related (HR) processes incl. recruiting, administration, learning & development and onboarding of new colleagues
  • Ensuring outstanding experiences across the employee life cycle as well as for all other touchpoints with internal and external stakeholders
  • Acting as business partner for our executives and team leaders with regard to strategic and operative topics and upcoming people challenges
  • Work on other projects that are related to our people and that have a positive impact on employee engagement, organisational performance and support business strategies and goals  
  • Provide useful data/track key HR metrics to help guide decision making, and allow the company to scale effectively and efficiently
  • Responsible for budget planning and consolidation processes
your profile
  • Multiple years of relevant working experience in an agency or start-up
  • First experience in leading a team in a dynamic, high-paced and international environment
  • University degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Social Science or similar
  • Experienced in working in a HR generalist role, including very good knowledge in German labor law and social security
  • High affinity for new work approaches and corresponding research
  • Experience in accompanying organisational change processes
  • Strong communicator and ability to build trustful relationships with people
  • Combining a strategic working approach and a hands-on mentality to get things done
  • Fluent in English and German
